China's housing market heats up even more

China's property market continued to heat up in June, with housing prices rising in all but one of the 70 urban markets monitored. The rate of gain also accelerated, with the average year-on-year increase for newly built commercial houses at 6.3%, up from May's 5.5%. The gains come despite continuing efforts by Beijing to tame the real estate market.
