Man, 79, charged with having loaded gun in carry-on at N.Y. airport

On Thursday, a passenger was found trying to bring a loaded handgun in his carry-on bag at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Marvin Duryey, 79, who drove to New York and was flying back home to Florida, was charged and given a ticket for carrying the pistol, for which he has a Florida permit.
