Market demand seen for gluten-free Twinkie

Hostess Brands, emerging from bankruptcy, is mulling a gluten-free version of the Twinkie, a move that analysts say would be immensely popular. "The idea that they could make an indulgent gluten-free cake is interesting," said Euromonitor Packaged Food Analyst Matthew Hudak. "The gluten-free market has an audience that would love to have something that tastes better."
