SoftBank's Son alludes to price cuts at Sprint

SoftBank Chief Executive Masayoshi Son offered a broad hint on Wednesday that the Japanese company would import its aggressive price-cutting strategy to Sprint. "We will be aggressive in technology, price packages, services on every front. At the same time, we will improve the network to be the world's best," Son said without offering further details. SoftBank has put heavy pressure on prices in Japan to win market share.
