Study reveals what mobile shoppers want from retailers

Consumers want their mobile phones to act as personal shoppers, sending offers from their preferred retailers and brands that are tailored to their personal preferences, according to a survey from SAS Canada. The survey found 71% would buy something if they got a promotional offer for a complementary product while shopping, and 69% said it's helpful when retailers make product recommendations based on their online shopping history.
