China sees sharp drop in new-home prices

New home prices in 70 Chinese cities dropped for the second straight month in June, as developers tried to lure buyers with steeper discounts. Home prices dropped 0.47% in June, following a 0.15% fall in May. May's decline was the first month-over-month average price drop in two years.
