Study: Practice doesn't necessary make perfect

Practice is not as important to success in a sport or a task, such as playing a musical instrument, as some think, according to an academic paper. Mastering a skill probably doesn't require the ballyhooed rule of training for 10,000 hours. The paper says general intelligence and native physical ability matter much.
