Utah considers whether to renew NCLB waiver

Utah's state school board is expected to decide in August whether it wants to renew its waiver from parts of No Child Left Behind or return to the federal education law. A meeting Thursday drew supporters from both sides, but the board delayed a decision pending receipt of additional legal and financial advice.
