Wis. spends $28M to expand career training at state community colleges

Wisconsin's 16 technical colleges will divvy up $28 million in state grants to train nearly 5,000 more workers in high-demand fields such as health care, construction and manufacturing. Schools can use the money to hire instructors, develop courses and buy materials to expand the capacity of 100 programs around the state.
