Flurry of events follows NTSB report on Big Dig tunnel collapse

Criminal charges and a possible substantial financial settlement are among actions that may follow a National Transportation Safety Board report on the Big Dig tunnel ceiling collapse in Boston that killed a motorist last summer. The report concluded that the collapse occurred due to improper use of fast-set epoxy on tunnel ceiling anchors.
