Idaho charter's admission policies scrutinized amid complaint

An Idaho charter school is being investigated for allegedly denying enrollment to a brother and sister with special needs -- a possible violation of federal law. Heidi Conner, who has a daughter with autism and a son with ADHD, claims she was told by the charter school's director that her children would simply be bused to the nearest public elementary school if they enrolled in the charter.
