CDC data: Whooping cough vaccine doesn't cause seizures

CDC researchers said the whooping cough vaccine does not cause seizures and is safe for infants and young children. The study, published in Pediatrics, found infants actually had fewer seizures in the days after their DTaP shots than at other times, although researchers said the difference could have been due to chance.
