Fish rich in omega-3 may help cut risk of age-related eye disease

A U.S. study suggests that the likelihood of severe age-related macular degeneration in older adults may be reduced by frequent consumption of fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Researchers, however, stressed that the findings still need validation from additional trials.
