Obama urges passage of small-business lending bill

President Barack Obama used his weekly radio address to push for his proposal to increase lending for small businesses, cut taxes and extend unemployment benefits, and to criticize Republicans for standing in its way. "Too often, the Republican leadership in the United States Senate chooses to filibuster our recovery and obstruct our progress. And that has very real consequences," said Obama.
