Solar-panel interest in Nevada helps contractors

As interest in solar energy grows, some general contractors in Nevada have been able to keep busy by taking on photovoltaic installations. Robbie Nelson of Nelson Electric said his company has taken on several projects, which has helped the company avoid layoffs. Other companies are investing in U.S. Green Building Council training for solar panel installation. "Solar definitely is going to become more prevalent in projects -- there never is going to be a lack of sun," said Craig Willcut of United Construction.
