Traces of gluten are found in naturally gluten-free foods

Researchers found traces of gluten in grains that are supposed to be naturally gluten-free, probably from being grown or processed near grains that do contain gluten, they say. Manufacturers must test grains and flours to assure they are truly gluten-free, they said.
