Golf gets people active but falls short of being a workout

Swinging a golf club can be good for the muscles, but the sport lacks the volume of exercise needed to make it a true workout, experts say. Still, it gets people active, and sports performance coach Robert Yang says the torque involved in using a driver is like hoisting a weight so heavy a person could only lift it four times.
