G-20 takes aim at multinational tax loopholes

The Group of 20 adopted an action plan drafted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development that would reduce loopholes used by multinational companies to reduce taxes by shifting profits into low-tax or no-tax jurisdictions. The organization has two years to develop a final plan that can be adopted globally.
