Insurers in Conn., Minn. required to take NAIC climate-risk survey

Insurance regulators in Connecticut and Minnesota are requiring property/casualty insurers to take the Climate Risk Survey endorsed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. California, Washington and New York were the first states to implement the survey, which gained NAIC approval in 2009.
