Moravian wine finds U.S. champion in former Microsoft executive

Former Microsoft executive Noah Ullman and his wife, Cheryl, opened Czech Wine Imports last year after he discovered Moravian wine on a trip through Eastern Europe. High domestic demand for Czech wines, along with their relatively high cost, had mostly prevented their export, but Noah Ullman teamed with Czech partners to create a portfolio of eight producers and gave them all the same style label to help build brand awareness. The wines are available with select retailers in New York and New Jersey.
