Restaurateur aims to help youthful offenders find hope

Teresa Goines left her job as a juvenile probation officer and cashed in her retirement savings to open Old Skool Cafe in San Francisco, an eatery that offers young former convicts full-time jobs and a chance to start over. "I feel like if you can hope and have a vision for your life and future and see other people and yourself with value, the sky is the limit," she said. "The other things fall into place."
