Maritz Wolff & Co. Industry sold the upscale Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto to an entity controlled by Saudi Arabian billionaire Alwaleed bin Talal. The property prompted a stir among international hotel buyers before Prince Alwaleed, who has investments in Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and venpick Hotels & Resorts, paid $115 million for the property.
