Executives again charged with asbestos releases at Mont. mine

W.R. Grace & Co. and seven top employees of the firm for the second time pleaded not guilty to charges that they concealed information indicating that their vermiculite mine in Libby, Mont., had potentially fatal health effects. The company and its executives were first charged in 2005 with concealing the fact that the mine, which closed in 1990, released dangerous levels of asbestos into the air, putting workers and residents of the town of Libby in danger.
