Some lawmakers support stricter oversight of small cargo carriers

Lawmakers are calling for stronger oversight of small air cargo operators, and a pilots group wants cargo carriers to meet the same safety standards as passenger carriers. House Aviation Subcommittee Chairman John Mica, R-Fla., says the larger freight carriers have good records but the smaller operators are harder to keep track of and fly "riskier" planes.
