Study: Cravings aren't damaging to weight management

Allowing yourself to eat the foods you crave, but infrequently and in moderation, may be the key to weight loss and control, a new study finds. The cravings of people who lost the most weight in the study were for calorie-dense foods, which include such things as chocolate and salty snacks.
