Clients vote to bar Citi infrastructure fund from new investments

A Citigroup private investment fund focused on infrastructure will no longer make new investments. The fund's clients last month voted to bar new investments after several large projects collapsed. Citigroup invested $500 million in the Citi Infrastructure Investors fund when it was launched in 2007. The fund invested in road, airport and bridge projects, among other things.
