U.S. Whole Foods stores certified as organic

All 273 Whole Foods locations in the U.S. have won certification as organic by the third-party nonprofit group CCOF. The certification means that, among other things, Whole Foods Market maintains an audit trail for organic products and makes sure staff members are trained to handle the products.
