"Burn Notice," "Royal Pains" propel USA to another weekly win

Thanks to its one-two punch of "Burn Notice" and "Royal Pains," USA attracted an average of 3.26 million viewers in prime time for the week ended July 18, making it, once again, the most-watched ad-supported cable TV network in the land. On Thursday of that week, "Burn Notice" pulled in 5.65 million viewers at 9 p.m., and lead-out "Royal Pains" averaged 5.2 million.
