Chains get healthier with dessert offerings

As chains prepare to post nutritional information in their stores across the country, many are already tweaking the sweet treats on the dessert menu in the name of calorie cutting. Some, including McDonald's, offer fruit and yogurt as options; others are cutting portions or offering smaller sizes to cut calories and fat, such as the junior-size Frosty at Wendy's.
