PBS Coals builds $1M rail connection to East Coast port

Coal producer PBS Coals has completed a rail line to deliver its coal to the port in Baltimore. The 10-mile project cost $1 million and was partially funded by a Pennsylvania infrastructure grant. "Upgrading and expanding our freight rail lines helps maintain service and also opens the door to greater business opportunities," according to Gov. Edward Rendell.
