Social nets score poorly in customer satisfaction

Facebook and MySpace received low scores in the 2010 American Customer Satisfaction Index, with consumers complaining about advertising, privacy issues and frequent design changes. In the search sector, Google scored the second-place slot behind behind the "All Others" category of niche search engines. Relative newcomer Bing clocked in at No. 3.
