Collins is expected to introduce bill against EPA's boiler rules today

Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, is expected today to introduce a bill to postpone the Environmental Protection Agency's pollution controls involving "maximum achievable control technology" for industrial boilers. The bill will have Democratic co-sponsors and resemble, though not copy, a previous House proposal, Collins said.
