Poll: 58% of adults prefer to eat organic foods

An NPR-Thomson Reuters Health Poll of more than 3,000 U.S. adults showed 58% prefer to eat organic food although 54% said it was too expensive. The poll also revealed that only about one-third prefer restaurant menus that offer organic options and the other two-thirds are not interested in organic when dining out.
