Northern Virginia school built with environment in mind

The green-building movement will debut in Arlington County when the Langston-Brown School and Community Center, with features such as low-toxin paint, fabrics and adhesives as well as electric-car recharging areas in the parking lot, opens this September. The county's green-building programs require potential builders to submit environmental reviews for proposed projects.
