Specialty candy shops sweeten trips to East Coast shore

No longer limited to saltwater taffy and fudge, Ocean City, Md., visitors can delight in a number of specialty candy stores, including It'Sugar, a candy emporium and the brainchild of Jeff Rubin, who is famous for his Manhattan-based candy boutiques. The emporium features a make-your-own candy bar station and a 20-foot-tall replica of Lucy the elephant made of Jelly Belly Beans.
