Commentary: It's high time to permit skyscrapers in D.C.

The time has come for Washington to finally get rid of the Building Heights Act of 1910, which prevents any skyscrapers from being built in the city, according to this editorial. Even the British embrace the skyscraper now, and allowing tall buildings would provide much-needed housing and work space, not to mention views.
