Grammy overseers want FCC to test "white-space" devices

The Recording Academy is asking the FCC to test mobile wireless devices that use available digital-TV spectrum at the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago on Aug. 1. The request from the group that runs the Grammy Awards comes as the FCC has already begun conducting field tests of the devices around Washington.
