Virtual Oregon school to target dropouts

A new Oregon online charter aims to recapture students who have dropped out of the charter's sponsoring district or have opted to be home-schooled. "We want to ensure that all kids have a means to get an education that is responsive to their best learning environments," said Reynolds School District superintendent Terry Kneisler.
