DSG International plans to sell $230 million in bonds

DSG International, the largest electronics retailer in Britain, is planning to sell as much as £150 million of five-year bonds, yielding up to 9.25%. DSG, which owns the Curry's and Dixons brands, is striving to extend the maturity of its debt.
