Food/beverage execs predict recovery will take longer than expected

A survey of food and beverage executives reported that the majority say the economy won't fully recover until June 2012, a longer timeline than last year's results, which predicted the economy would be back on track in 1.9 years. However, 59% of respondents said they believe their industry will recover more quickly than the economy as a whole, with the help of product innovations and social-media marketing.
