Senate ponders stripping loan provision from small-business bill

The Senate is considering stripping out the loan provision from its version of the small-business bill, angering some House members. "I don't see how you pass regulation reform, which essentially is going to dry up credit, then not have the ability for small businesses to have access to credit," said Rep. Dave Camp, R-Mich.
