One reason there have been few property sales is that sellers have been unwilling to drop prices to reflect market realities, according to this article. Now sellers are deciding they cannot wait for the market to turn. Atlanta real estate executive Kris Miller recently sold an Atlanta office building he acquired in 2007 for $33 million at a $2 million loss.
