Study: Picky eating does not harm autistic children

Autistic children who are picky eaters consume calories and nutrients similar to those eaten by their autism-free peers, a study indicates. Children with autism often consume limited diets, but "in general, parents of children with [autism spectrum disorders] symptoms need not worry that their children will not grow properly," a researcher said.
