Calif. group, agencies unveil a $200M anti-obesity program

The California Endowment and partner agencies have launched a $200 million loan program in an effort to curb obesity in low-income neighborhoods. The program aims to bring more stores to underserved areas to increase the amount of affordable fresh produce in those areas.
