Chef carves out a niche with catering business

Keith Blauschild, chef and co-owner of Parkland Chef Catering in Coral Springs, Fla., was once president of the CIA's ice sculpting club. "What I love about catering is the ability to do different things," he said. "It allows so much more creativity. Also, when you're catering, you're always preparing for a celebration."
