Report: Wal-Mart lags in e-commerce

Wal-Mart's lagging online sales performance is starting to bite, as in-store sales trail off and the digital market for most retailers picks up. Wal-Mart does about $6 billion in online business, compared with Amazon's $34 billion annual take. Worrying for Wal-Mart is that e-commerce is picking up even among lower-income shoppers, traditionally the company's biggest customers.
