Study: Decision support tool, education improve glucose data analysis

Using an automated decision support tool and glucose data training helped improve glycemic data interpretation among clinicians, an Accu-Chek DECIDE study found. Participants who used both approaches fared better in identifying glycemic abnormalities compared with those who only received either structured blood glucose monitoring data or educational DVD outputs, experts said.
