Verizon Wireless is debuting a national loyalty program this week that will give customers coupons and special offers in exchange for opening up their location, application and Web-browsing information for use in targeted ads. Verizon will likely share the data with its ad-tech partners, which include Oracle, Bluekai and Brightroll.
