A&P focuses on store conversions

A&P has big plans for remodeling and conversions under its Pathmark integration. Much of the conversions will take stores to one of two formats: Price Impact, which emphasizes value, and Fresh, which offers produce, chocolates and artisan bread in a boutique style. The company also plans to add Starbucks to a few locations.
