The executive VP of Best Buy's customer operating group recently outlined the five-part plan he hopes will help the electronics retailer double sales to $80 billion over the next five years. The five moneymakers are: steady industry growth; additional stores and boosted product categories; new product categories such as musical instruments; new business models; and international growth.
